My name is Irene, and I am a strong believer that gender equality is not only possible, but very important to a harmonious development of the world. Both women and men need to realize that they will never be treated the same way, and nor should they. We all have our distinct biological differences, and science has proven that women and men think differently and act differently. However, this does not mean that they should be treated differently.
